Service of Remembrance
Please plan on joining us for our 18th Annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at 2:00pm at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Minneapolis. This is an opportunity for families to remember and celebrate their loved ones who have died by homicide, suicide, or accident.
Registration and Slideshow
In order to ensure we have enough space and refreshments, we ask that you RSVP to Survivor Resources if you are planning on attending the service. You can always call or email us to let us know if you will be attending. Please include your name and phone number, the number of people attending, the name (including spelling) of the person you are remembering and their dates of birth and death.
During the memorial service we present a slideshow of all those we are remembering. You are not required to include your loved one in this presentation, but if you wish to contribute, we will need a picture (digital is easiest) of your loved one to add to the presentation. Hardcopy photos will be returned to you. You can usually email pictures to us with your registration if they are not too large.
If you have attended before, and we should have your picture already, please let us know.
